Application
6-Benzylaminopurine is a broad- spectrum plant growth regulator. It can accelerate growth of cell. When used with gibberellins, fruit’s shape can be improved. 6-Benzylaminopurine stimulates the following effects: cell division; lateral bud emergence (apples, oranges); basal shoot formation (roses, orchids); flowering (cyclamen, cacti); fruit set (grapes, oranges, melons).
Toxicology: Acute oral LD50:male rats 2125mg/kg,female rats 2130mg/kg; Acute dermal LD50 for mice (male, female)>5000mg/kg. Causes eye damage and irritation. TLM (48hrs) for carp 400ppm.
